Privacy and data deletion
This page explains what happens to your information when you vote in the HORECA Innovations 2026 public vote at HORECA Lebanon, run by Hospitality Services.
What we collect
- The account ID that Google gives us when you sign in.
- The name and email address your Google account shares with us at sign-in.
- The product you voted for in each award, and the time of each vote.
We don't collect passwords, contacts, posts, friends lists or anything else from your Google account.
Why we collect it
Only to make sure each account votes once per award, and to count the results.
Who can see it
Votes are never shown publicly. Only the HORECA Lebanon organizing team can see individual votes. The data is stored with Google Firebase.
How long we keep it
We delete all individual votes and account information after the winners are announced. Only the total number of votes per product is kept.
How to delete your data
To have your votes and account information deleted earlier, email nour@hospitalityservices.me with the subject “Delete my vote data” and the email address you signed in with. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
